We believe the traditional application process is broken. Cover letters nobody reads. Academic requirements that filter out the best people. "5 years of experience" for a technology that's 3 years old.
At ForestHub, the barrier to apply is as low as possible. We look at every application. If it doesn't fit, we sort it out quickly — no hard feelings. But we'd rather see a hundred applications from curious people than miss one diamond in the rough.
No cover letter required. Seriously. Don't write one.
No degree requirement. Self-taught developers, career changers, dropouts — welcome.
No "years of experience" gatekeeping. Show us what you've built, not how long you've been doing it.
Of course, if you have a PhD or stellar credentials — great. We welcome top-trained talent too. It's just not a prerequisite.
